Bryce was responsive, on time, extremely thorough and produced an excellent inspection report. He was very patient as we asked numerous questions throughout the inspection process and clearly had an abundance of knowledge/skill. Would highly recommend Rankin Home Inspection to others.

My new home purchase was an emotional journey and working with such a considerate professional truly made the experience so much easier. If there was a 10 star rating I would select that, Bryce was wonderful with answering questions, explaining things and his overall support during the process and allowed me the opportunity to make sound decisions. Bryce is a wealth of information, but doesn't confuse you with a ton of technical information (unless you ask) which I found helpful. Working with Bryce was incredibly enjoyable.

I was impressed with the detail the was provided for the home inspection report and how thorough it was. Bryce is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to help others understand the importance of everything he discovers and looks for during the process. I will definitely use Rankin again in the future, and happily recommend their services to others.

I had several contractors coming over and they had not really assisted when Bryce came he pinpointed the exact issues on the house along with the contractors that I need. He reduced the cost and size of the inspection as was suitable in my situation. He is very helpful before and after service and answers all our questions. The report was detailed with pictures of the home and knowledge links as well
