Rankin Home Inspection Services COVID-19 company policy

During these uncertain times we at Rankin Home Inspection are taking the Covid-19 virus seriously and will act accordingly to help keep everyone safe. Below outlines our company policy going forward. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding your inspection.

UPDATE: March 26th 2020

With the health concerns and needs of everyone involved in mind, Rankin Inspection has decided to remain open but limit inspection services going forward.

Going forward we will, only be accepting 1 inspection per day and limiting those inspections to only clients that cannot wait to have an inspection completed. The reason for this decision was made to protect everyone involved in the inspection process. We realize that many people are in a situation where they have to move, whether it be from relocation or due to the sale of their own home and have to purchase or become homeless. Some do not have a choice and we will be there to help them.

As we continue our limited operations we will be taking serious precautions to protect everyone involved in the process. We are strongly recommending that clients do not attend the inspection at this time and schedule a phone call with the inspector to go over the findings after the inspection. If you do choose to attend, we require the use of masks and gloves as well as limiting the number of attendees to 1. Social distancing will be required throughout the inspection. If you have the option to delay your inspection we do recommend that you do so as all of us try to flatten the curve.

We are here to help and to answer any questions you may have. We will not leave those that are in absolute need of our service out in the cold.

We will continue to keep you posted on any changes going forward.

Stay Safe & Be Well Everyone.

Sincerely,

Bryce Rankin CMI
