Rankin Home Inspection Services COVID-19 company policy

During these unprecedented times we at Rankin Home Inspection are taking the Covid-19 virus seriously, following Health Canada recommendations, and are acting accordingly to help keep everyone safe during the inspection process. Below outlines our company policy going forward. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding your home inspection or the inspection process.

With these challenging times come a few changes and requests. We ask that clients attending the inspection to please be sure to respect social distancing and wear a mask / gloves to protect themselves and everyone involved in the process where possible. As well please limit the attendees to one to two person(s) to allow for proper social distancing. At this time you may wish not to attend the inspection and that’s okay. We will be happy to go over our findings after the inspection by phone reviewing the details of the report to ensure you get the full picture of the home and its components.

We trust you will find the inspection a pleasant and valuable experience whether in attendance or not and will continue to keep you posted on any changes going forward. We are here to help you know your home and to answer any questions you may have.

Your cooperation is much appreciated during these unprecedented times.

Stay Safe & Be Well Everyone.

Sincerely,

Bryce Rankin CMI
